OUR STORY & VALUES

It started with a desire
to transform enclosures
to homes.

After 29 years of helming one of the world’s top ten zoos, the Singapore Zoological Gardens, Night Safari and Jurong Bird Park, Bernard Harrison decided it was time to don his wings and transform zoos around the world with his concept of an immersive wildlife experience - making animals visible to people within their natural habitats.

He enlisted top talents in the industry who were passionate about zoo transformation and together, they embarked on a journey to make an impact on the industry while cultivating strong friendships over their shared respect for nature.

Two decades and a hundred projects (and counting) later, Bernard Harrison and Friends has gained a reputation globally for its creative, lateral and innovative ideas that set the foundation for some of the world’s most natural, immersive and ecologically

responsible zoos.

From conceptual planning to operational
excellence, we hold ourselves to the
highest standards.

Boldly creative

No two zoos are the same, be it in design or site. We tailor each zoo concept to harness the potential of the site, while pushing the boundaries of creativity and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table with every project.
